PREPARING A FILE

Send us all the information (text, images, drawings, etc.), and within a couple of days the printer will prepare a file and send it to you for approval. All files and images should be in good quality (resolution).

The cost of preparing a file depends on the amount of work: 35 euros + tax/hour.

WHAT DOES THE PRINTING FILE MEAN?

The printing file must meet our requirements.

The file and your desired printed version of business card, flyer, poster, roll-up stand, etc. should be made in the same size.

  • For example, for a standard Roll-Up stand measuring 850×2000 mm, a file with the size of 300x450mm will not work. It is necessary to make a file of 850×2000 mm.
  • For 850x2000mm file, photos, logos or pictures with poor resolution are not suitable.

Word files (* .doc, * .docx, * .rtf and others) with text, pictures and sketches are not accepted as printing files.

WHAT DOES LAMINATE AND LAMINATION MEAN?

Lamination -is the process of applying a self-adhesive transparent polymer – laminate – to the surface of printed products for the purpose of giving the material special protective features (texture, gloss, hardness, moisture resistance) and appearance.

Laminate with different density 32 μm – 250 μm (measured in micrometers or microns – one thousandth of a millimeter, symbol: μm) is used under different circumstances.

  • Glossy laminate – shiny and slippery, it is almost impossible to write on it, except for the permanent markers;
  • Matte laminate – does not shine, you can use almost any kind of ink to write on it, pencil is working pretty good as well;
  • Embossed or textured laminate – used to decorate the image surface.

WHAT DOES THE MARGIN FOR CUTTING (bleed) MEAN?

All the main design elements should be placed at a distance of at least 2-3 mm from each edge (internal fields). The margin for cutting (bleed) is a continuation of the background beyond the size of the desired printed product, which will be cut off during the manufacturing process. Dimensions for margin for cutting: 2-4mm for each edge (external fields). For example, for a business card measuring 90*50 mm, the size of the printed file should be 94*54 mm (2mm margin for cutting on each side).

NB! The file for the Roll Up stand should be 850x2030mm.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR THE ORDER?

You can pay for the order in person with cash or credit card. You can also do a bank transfer before the order is received.
